What do you mean by "all-women?"
"'All-women' is how we describe the training programs run in collaboration with our manufacturing partners, but our organization actually uses woman* as our default term, which denotes something different. The * means: Our organization values, promotes, and supports folks who identify as non-binary, gender non-conforming, trans-, cis-, and anyone who self determines a gender identity we have not named here. So when it comes to people in our training programs, we include anyone that identifies with the woman* designation."
