What do you mean by woman*?
Our organization uses woman* as our default term. Our organization values, promotes, and supports folks who identify as non-binary, gender non-conforming, trans-, cis-, and anyone who self determines a gender identity we have not named here. So when it comes to people in our training programs and candidate pool, we include everyone, including anyone who identifies with the woman* designation.
